    How does one understand if one is being or doing? what differentiates these two?

    The being is of existence and doing is an action.. every action is given by the being..for eg, a mother .. every action of the mother is given by being of a mother of mother hood...one needs to constantly check who one is being, while doing this or that..any which way..

    As the action is given by the being...Who are you being now?

    If you are clear who are you being.. your doing is taken care of automatically....
